No Fluff is a behavioural science-led digital marketing agency. We do not just make content look nice. We study why people behave the way they do and build communication that actually moves them. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to do, keep reading.

Before You Start:

  1. There are no right answers. There is lazy thinking and there is sharp thinking. We know the difference on the first read.
  2. Do not pad. A tight, opinionated answer beats three paragraphs of nothing every time.
  3. Yes, we know about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and every other AI tool out there. Use what you use. Do what you want with that information.
  4. If a question feels under-briefed, good. Make an assumption and go. That is the job.
  5. Links are welcome in any or all of your answers. If you want to reference an article, campaign report, a study, or something that backs what you are saying, drop it in. It is not required, but showing us you are research-driven and informed is always a good sign.
  6. Either way, you will hear from us. We think it is basic courtesy to close the loop, even if the answer is no.
